Attendance is free\, but donations on the day are encouraged to support the vital work of the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust. \nGain valuable insights into the latest trends in cybercrime\, including technical and psychological tactics used by criminals\, and learn how to identify and counter them. Each 60-minute session will feature knowledgeable speakers and a networking opportunity with refreshments. \nSwindon and Wiltshire Cyber Cluster is a collaborative organisation dedicated to the cybersecurity ecosystem across the region. It brings together businesses\, public sector organisations\, and individuals to share knowledge\, expertise\, and best practices\, helping to create a safer online environment. \nThe Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust’s team of police-trained Stay Safe Online volunteers also provide free home visits or group talks for individuals over 60\, or those over 18 with registered disabilities. This constant vigilance and the weight of potential consequences can lead to an overall reduction in wellbeing\, and longer-term significant stress\, anxiety\, and burnout. \nThe 24/7 nature of the industry\, coupled with the fear of missing a critical threat or experiencing a major breach\, creates a demanding and often overwhelming workload. \nThis can lead to critical errors in judgment\, missed crucial security indicators\, or an ongoing struggle to maintain focus and vigilance. \nThis workshop will address these challenges and why it is critical to our overall cyber resilience that we address this on an individual\, team and organisational level.
