South West Cyber Security Cluster are a team of volunteers with a love and expertise in all things cyber security across Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, and Dorset.

Based in the South West of the UK, their mission is to raise awareness of cyber security and provide the South West with help and guidance for skills development, SME business protection, whilst supporting and advocating for South West cyber security innovators. South West Cyber Security Cluster do this by bringing together a community of cyber security enthusiasts and enabling regular networking and mutual support opportunities.

As the SWCSC works closely with both University of Plymouth and University of Exeter, the cluster is able to offer support for students, entry level cyber enthusiasts, and even those further in along in their cyber sector journey.

SWCSC works across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, and Somerset to not only provide support but also assist in the growing number of start-ups, scale-ups, spinouts and also accelerators, incubators, and innovation centres have made their home in the South West Community.

There’s no doubt about it, the South West Cyber Cluster are active in their region by hosting monthly events as well as an annual Secure South West event to bring together experts and focus on some critical aspect of cyber security.
