Kent & Medway Cyber Cluster – Cyber Risk and Resilience

February 4 @ 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

Cyber incidents are no longer just an IT problem. They are a leadership, operational and business resilience challenge. This in-person event gives Kent businesses the opportunity to step into a realistic cyber incident scenario and experience how decisions are made when pressure is high, information is incomplete, and the clock is working against you.

You will take part in a guided, realistic cyber attack scenario designed to reflect how real incidents unfold in organisations. As the situation develops, you will be asked to make time-critical decisions, respond to evolving information, and manage the wider business impact. This includes operational disruption, reputational risk, legal considerations and recovery planning.

This is not a lecture and not a technical deep dive. It is a hands-on experience focused on leadership, judgement and resilience.

The session is delivered by cyber security specialists from the Kent & Medway Cyber ClusterCognitas Global and GOACO, using the award-winning view360global simulation platform. No technical knowledge is required.

  • Experience a realistic cyber incident in a safe, facilitated environment
  • Understand the immediate actions leaders must take during a cyber crisis
  • Identify gaps in your organisation’s preparedness and decision making
  • See how cyber incidents extend beyond IT into business, legal and reputational risk
  • Leave with a practical executive checklist to use in your organisation
  • Connect with Kent’s cyber and business community
