Cyber Chain Alliance are openning a dialogue that addresses the barrier to entry into cyber careers for those leaving university/higher education or those wanting to re-skill as a secondary career.

Such as identifying and overcoming barriers faced by individuals – including: lack of access to training resources, high costs associated with cyber education, rapidly evolving technology, access into well paid training programmes.

CCA also look to discuss tangible solutions that local businesses, by collaborating, can offer, including: Internship Programs, Lunch and Learns, Networking events, Mentoring Programs, Secondments, Hosting Workshops, Offer Fixed-term Training Programs.

This means local businesses can not only address the skills gap, but also strengthen their own brand whilst contributing to the overall resilience of the cyber eco-system.
