NI Cyber are inviting you to ECIT for a lunchtime session to celebrate International Women’s Day, kindly hosted by CSIT.
“OMG” moments, we’ve all had them and would often like to forget them, but sharing stories about times when things went wrong in business can be really helpful. Those “OMG” moments can be a learning opportunity for others, and sharing builds trust and authenticity. It can help to inspire, motivate and even foster innovation. And there’s an aspect of personal growth too – embracing failure as a learning opportunity can lead to greater self-awareness and resilience.
Why attend:
1. A sense of community: Meet with other women working in cyber and information security – we are out there! and we’ve found that the mutual support and encouragement boosts confidence and motivation
2. Valuable connections: Meet with other women in cybersecurity and build a strong professional network
3. See that the “OMG” moment is never as bad as it seems!
If you’re eager to share your “OMG” moment, we’re seeking a few engaging 3-minute lightning talks. This is an excellent chance to hone your presentation skills in front of a receptive and supportive audience! (gillian@nicyber.tech).
