Business Cyber Centre, BCC Unit 7 Greenways Business Park Chippenham SN15 1BN
This FREE workshop will be packed with helpful guidance on how businesses can keep themselves safe online.
Cyber-crime is a growing threat to small businesses with 4 in 10 experiencing a cyber-attack in 2022.
It is vital that businesses are aware of the most common attack types and how they can mitigate risks.
This presentation will provide attendees with good cyber security practices they can use in their business and personal lives. Using these practices will not completely eradicate the threat of cyber-attacks (nothing ever will) but by making sure you do the basics right you will make yourselves a lot safer and your business far less vulnerable.
You do not have to be a cyber security professional or tech enthusiast to attend, the main aim of the presentation is to put across simple, user-friendly practices which everybody can adopt to make themselves safer online.
Topics discussed will include – password guidance, the threat of phishing, managing your digital footprint, and much more
*There will be a chance to network, and rrefreshments and food will be provided.
